艾滋病病毒的核酸检测法

【摘要】 被称为“世纪瘟疫”的艾滋病是获得性免疫缺陷综合症 (AIDS)的简称 ,人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV)是引起艾滋病的病原体。本文综述了艾滋病的血清学检测方法 ,尤其对现在普遍采用的三种先进的核酸检测方法PCR、bDNA和NASBA方法的检测原理进行了比较详细的介绍。

【Abstract】 It is AIDS that is called as "the century plague" is the abbreviation of acquired immunodeficency syndrome. HIV(human immunodeficency virus ) is the pathgeny of AIDS.This article describes the serology methods for detection of AIDS, especially the most popular methods as the PCR ?bDNA and NASBA.
