西部大开发与陕西专业图书馆创新建设

【摘要】 简述了西部大开发战略与专业图书馆发展的关系 ,提出了专业图书馆馆藏建设、服务方式和手段、管理、服务功能、机构体制等创新建设的若干措施和建议。

【Abstract】 The relationship between the opening-up strategies in the western areas of China and the creative construction of the special libraries in Shaanxi Province is briefly described. Some measures and suggestions for the collection development, service modes and ways, management, service function and organization system of the special libraries are put forward.
