【摘要】 目的 :探讨影响 Aphthae患者的相关心理社会因素。方法 :运用 SCL- 90临床症状自评量表对 73例Aphthae患者进行心理社会因素评估。结果 :有 1/ 3的因子分与国内常模比较差异有显著性意义 ,分别为忧郁(P<0 .0 5 )、焦虑及恐怖 (P<0 .0 1) ,部分因子分显示出性别差异 ;有相当一部分病人存在较为明显的焦虑情绪 ,应予以重视。结论 :心理社会因素是导致 Aphthae发生的重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relevant psychosocial factors that affect Aphthae patients. Methods: 73 Aphthae patients were investigated with Symptom check list 90 (SCL 90) in psychosocial factors. Results: There were significantly difference between Aphthae patients and Chinese normal models among 2/3 mean of factors. Of those factors, depression ( P <0 01), anxiety ( P <0 01) and phobia ( P <0 01) were conspicuous. Sex different was shown among several factors. Quite a few Aphthae patients showed anxiety and should be paid more attentions to. Conclusion: Psychosocial factors are important in the process of Aphthae.\;更多还原
