【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中头孢克洛浓度。方法:以头孢拉定为内标,HPLC法测定。结果:头孢克洛的线性范围为0.25～30μg/ml,回归方程为y=0.1105+0.0817x,r=0.9995,最低检测浓度为0.125μg/ml,日内RSD为1.61％～3.54％,日间RSD为2.15％～5.08％。结论:主要药代动力学参数与文献报道相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM A HPLC method was established for the determination of cefaclor in human plasma. METHOD Cefradine was used as internal standard. HPLC method was used.
