【摘要】 目的·· :了解注射海洛因者与烫吸者的差异。方法·· :将394例海洛因依赖者按吸毒方式分为注射组与烫吸组,然后将两组间的10个变量包括性别、年龄、婚姻、文化、职业、吸毒时间、日吸毒剂量、HBV感染、HCV感染、ALT分别加以比较。结果·· :两组间在年龄、婚姻、吸毒时间、HCV感染、ALT5个变量的比较中具有统计学意义 (P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论·· :与烫吸者比较,注射者年龄偏低,未婚者多,且吸毒时间长,HCV感染及ALT异常率高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To abunderstand the differences between heroin chasers and heroin injectors. Methods: 394 hospitalized heroin users were divided into two groups, heroin chasers and heroin injectors. The two groups were compared in gender, age, marriage, education, occupation,drug-using history, doses, hepatitis B infection, hepatitis C infection and alanine aminotransferase(ALT). Results: There were significant differences in age, marriage, drug-using history, hepatitis C infection and ALT between the two groups. Conclusion: Heroin injectors are younger, more unmarried, have longer drug-using history and higher rate of abnormal ALT and hepatitis C infection than heroin chasers. Therefore we should take account of the differences in drug-taking patterns in detoxification.更多还原
