【摘要】 目的 探讨抗青光眼滤过术后进行白内障手术的方法和疗效评价。方法 对２６例（２７眼）小梁切除术后白内障患者，采用颞侧透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入术，术后随访半年。结果２７眼中２４限术后视力不同程度提高（８８．８９％），眼压（１３．１８±３．７２）ｍｍＨｇ。结论 对抗青光眼滤过术后白内障患者采用颞侧透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入术，可提高视力并保持滤过泡的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method of cataract extractiona after glaucoma filtering operation and to evaluate the results of the operation. Methods Phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation through a temporal clear corneal incision was performed on 27 eyes with cataract after trabeculectomy, and follow-up for half year. Results The postoperative visual acuity improved in 24 eyes(88.89%), postoperative intraocular pressure was (13. 18 ± 3. 72) mmHg. Conclusion Glaucomatous eyes with cataract after filtering operation can rehabilitate their visual acuity and maintain the functional filtering bleb by phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens im plantation through a temporal clear corneal incision.更多还原
