【摘要】 在电容传感器设计中提出一种解决轴向边缘效应问题的方法 ,可使优化的电容传感器的灵敏度和均匀性改善

【Abstract】 A kind of method solving axial edge effect has been put forward for designing capacitance sensor.It improves the sensitivity and uniformity of capacitance sensor.
