【摘要】 中药活性多糖存在着普遍的免疫调节与促进作用。它作为生物效应调节剂 (BRM) ,主要影响机体的网状内皮系统 (RES)、巨噬细胞 (MФ)、淋巴细胞、NK细胞、补体系统以及RNA、DNA、蛋白质的合成和体内的cAMP、cGMP的含量 ,增强诱生细胞因子和干扰素 ,最终可以促进抗体的生成。现结合新型疫苗佐剂的特点对中药活性多糖作为新型疫苗佐剂进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Polysaccharides of traditional Chinese medicine have been shown to be a kind of biological response modifier (BRM).These polysaccharides can modulate reticular endothelium system(RES) and complement system, activate macrophage, T, B lymphocytes and natural killer cells (NK cells),secrete various kinds of cytokines and increase the transcriptions of RNA, DNA, translations of proteins, content of cAmp, cGmp and antibody secretion. Recent results showed that some polysaccharides of TCM could be good immunostimulating adjuvants. The review summarizes recent development of polysaccharides of TCM as vaccine adjuvant and possible application.更多还原
