【摘要】 目的 :为开发利用民族药野坝子提供理论依据。方法 :采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微及理化鉴别的方法。结果 :证明其有效成分为挥发油、黄酮类化合物 ,主要显微特征为茎木栓细胞和叶栅栏组织均含黄棕色物质 ;茎和叶表皮外均被有众多非腺毛和少数腺毛 ;主脉部位除有一大型维管束外 ,上表皮内侧亦可见 2个小型维管束。结论 :野坝子是一味具有开发前景的民族药更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To provide the basictheory for development and utilization of Elshotzia rugulosa Helmsl.METHODS:To study its source,shape properties,microscopic and physiochemical characteristics.RESULTS:These studies have proven its effective components are volatile oils and flavonoids and its main microscopic features are that phellem cells in its stem and palisade tissues contain some yellow-brown ingredients,In addition Its stems and leaves are covered by fuzzy secretory and non-secretory extra-epidermis cells.There is a big vascular bundle in main vein and There are two small vascular bundles inepidermis.CONCLUSION:Elshotzia rugulosa Helmsl is worth further developing.更多还原
