热场阴极电流稳定度的初步研究

【摘要】 文章介绍了热场阴极电流不稳定的两个主要因素——逸出功和表面几何形状 ,为进一步分析热场阴极的噪声奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 The paper makes preliminary study of the current stability of the heated field emission cathode. When heating the cathode, it consists of two main sources of electrical instability: the work function and the surface geometry. The basic theory is given to study further the noise of the heated field cathode.
