赤霉素类化合物中C,D环的重排反应研究Ⅰ:偶姻重排反应条件研究

【摘要】 研究赤霉素类衍生物 (4)在不同的溶剂及碱存在下的C ,D环偶姻重排反应 .研究结果表明 :在所选条件下 ,C ,D环的重排反应为一可逆的平衡反应 .反应平衡时具有赤霉素结构的化合物 (4)及其C ,D环异构体(5 )的量比约为 3∶7.

【Abstract】 The acyloin rearrangement reaction of C,D ring of gibberellin derivative(4) with bases in different solvents was studied and 68% yield was achieved when the corresponding GA ketone(4) was treated with sodium hydride in dichloromethane at room temperature.
