【摘要】 镓(Gallium,Ga)是否为人体的必需微量元素,目前尚无定论。但是业已证实,镓具有丰富的临床功效。经过对含镓化合物的体内代谢与毒性、抗癌作用及对骨质疏松类骨病的疗效分析,指出镓制剂口服毒性低于注射途径,是继顺铂之后第二种治疗癌症的有效元素。镓的抗癌机理可能是镓进入癌细胞后抑制后者对铁的吸收利用,或者进而抑制核苷酸还原酶的活性,阻碍DNA复制。镓改善骨强度的原因是抑制骨的再吸收和提高骨钙含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is still a question if gallium(Ga) is a kind of essential element to human body.However,it has been verified that Ga showed ample functions in clinical practices.This paper expounded the pharmacokinetics and toxicity,the anticancer function and curative effects on osteoporosis of Gacontaining compounds and pointed out that Gallium preparation is less toxic as oral medication than via injection and is the second most effective anticancer preparation after CisCDDP.The possible anticancer mechanism is that it inhibited the activity of nucleotide reductase and then hindered the replication of DNA in cancer cells.The reason for bone strengthening is inhibition of bone reabsorption and increase of calcium in bone.更多还原
