氯化钠存在下氯化亚锡-罗丹明B-水体系浮选分离铱
Flotation Separation of Ir by Stannous Chloride-Rhodamine B-Water System in the Presence of Sodium Chloride and Its Anlytical Application
【摘要】 研究了Ir(Ⅲ )在NaCl存在下SnCl2 -罗丹明B -水体系中的浮选行为 ,在 1 .0mol/LHCl介质中 ,Ir(Ⅲ )与Pd、Pt、Rh、Au同时被浮选 ,Ir(Ⅲ )的浮选率为 99.2 % ,并与常见贱金属离子分离 ,被浮选分离的Ir可采用原子吸收法测定 ,结果与火试金分离富集法相符。精密度试验 ,相对标准偏差 (RSD ,n =5 ) <3%。
【Abstract】 The flotation behavior of Ir(Ⅲ) by Stannous Chloride Rhodamine B water system in the presence of sodium chloride was studied.The experimental results indicate that the flotation method can separate Ir (Ⅲ) along with Pd, Pt, Rh, Au from base metals of Fe,Al,Pb,Zn,Ca et al in the medium of HCl with flotation ratios is 99.2% for Ir.A method of flotation separation atomic absorption spectrometric determination of Ir was also developed and has been applied to the determination of Ir in ores with precision of <3% RSD( n =5).
