【摘要】 目的 :探讨阴茎折断伤诊治的最佳方法。方法 :对 19例阴茎折断伤患者的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果 :19例中 ,彩超确诊 18例 (94.7% ) ,阴茎海绵体造影 1例 ;8例采用传统的冠状沟近侧环状切口 ,11例采用改良的阴茎折断处半环形切口。 1例(5 .3 % )形成纤维瘢痕 ,导致阴茎勃起时疼痛 ,经局部封闭治愈。结论 :彩超检查是诊断阴茎折断伤简单、可靠、无创的方法 ,早期手术治疗是减少阴茎折断伤并发症的最佳治疗选择 ,而改良术式优于传统术式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of penile fracture.Methods:19 patients with penile fracture were restrospectively reviewed.Results:Among all these cases,18 cases(94.7%) were diagnosed by coloured doplan flow imanging(CDFI),1 by cavernosography.Conventional operations with circumcison proximal to the corona of glans were performed in 8 cases,and modified operations with semiperitomy incision around the fracure were perfomed in the others(11 patients).1 case(5.3%) developed fibrous scar,resulting in the bain during erection which was cured by local block therapy.Conclusions:CDFI played a simple effective and nonincisive role in diagnosing penile.Early surgery is the first choice to decrease the rate of cornplications and the modified operarion is better than the conventonal.更多还原
