【Abstract】 Merger&Acquisition is increasingly prevailing. The intellectual property concerned mainly of the patent,including the propriety information is gradually taking a vital role in the company’s assets. Merger&acquisition and investment in biopharmaceutical companies are also increasingly hot. It is necessary to perform detailed and well structured investigations on related intellectual property to reduce the risk and elevate the value of investments.
