【Abstract】 It had remarkable advantages to use the new reversible heat exchanger freezing method process for large air separation devices. Two examples of transformation of 6000 m3/h air separation device using the freezing method process were introduced. Some problems of the new freezing method process were analyzed. A comparison was made between unit power consumption of oxygen and the equipment investment in the process and that in the molecular sieve process. It pointed out that the process had its advantages in the enterprises which required low nitrogen production.更多还原
