【摘要】 目的　通过对外周静脉血和肝静脉血AFPmRNA表达检测的比较 ,旨在寻找一种比较好的监测肝癌细胞转移的方法 ,并了解肝癌细胞在体内的转移机制。方法　抽取肝癌患者外周及肝静脉血 ,采用RT PCR方法检测AFPmRNA ,比较二者的阳性率。结果　在肿瘤直径 >5cm的肝癌患者 ,其外周血、肝静脉血AFPmRNA表达差异无显著性 (P=0 6 18) ,而在直径 <5cm的肝癌患者 ,其二处血AFPmR NA表达差异有显著性 (P =0 0 2 8)。结论　肝癌直径 <5cm的患者 ,直接检测肝静脉血能更准确地反映肝癌细胞肝内播散的情况。肝癌直径 >5cm的患者中 ,外周血、肝静脉血AFPmRNA表达差异无显著性 ,这部分患者的外周血AFPmRNA可代表其肝静脉血中AFPmRNA的状况更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find a better method to monitor metastasis of HCC tumor cells and find out the mechanism of metastasis of HCC cells though detecting AFP mRNA of peripheral blood and hepatic vein blood of HCC patient. Methods In HCC patient, the blood*ss expression of AFP mRNA was detected and positive expressions were compared. Results Peripheral blood and hepatic vein blood’s expression of AFP mRNA was similar in all HCC patients and patients with tumor larger than 5 cm. In patient whose tumor mass was smaller than 5 cm,the two place blood’s expression of AFP mRNA was different. Conclusion In patients whose tumor mass is smaller than 5 cm,detection of hepatic vein blood is more definite than peripheral blood in reflect HCC cell’s intrahepatic metastasis. In patients whose tumor mass is larger than 5 cm,peripheral blood and hepatic vein blood’s AFP mRNA expression has no difference. In these patients peripheral blood’s AFP mRNA expression can represent its hepatic vein bloods’.更多还原
