【摘要】 目的　了解三峡库区人群中肺吸虫病流行病学情况 ,提出预防对策及控制措施。方法　通过门诊收集三峡库区肺吸虫病病例 ,并采取流行病学调查方法调查 1个地区学生肺吸虫病的流行情况及健康教育知识知晓情况。结果　三峡库区湖北和重庆境内有 9个县 2 8个乡镇发现有肺吸虫病例 ,主要是来自农村的少年儿童 ,其主要传播途径为生食溪蟹。临床主要表现为皮下游走性包块。儿童患病率为 1 3 8%。结论　三峡库区是肺吸虫病的严重流行区 ,应开展有计划的防治工作 ,特别是在学校应长期开展肺吸虫病防治健康教育工作更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the information of epidemiology of paragonimiasis in the area of Three gorges and prevent the disease.Methods The data of paragonimiasis cases was collected from hospital,and the epidemic state of paragonimiasis was investigated in school.Results There were 9 countries and 28 towns that reported the cases of paragonimiasis.The most of the cases were children coming from countryside.The main transmission was eating raw crab.The main clinic symptom was moveable subcutaneous ump.The prevalence rate of paragonimiasis among children was 1 38% Conclusions The area of Three gorges was an epidemic area of paragonimiasis.The prevention of paragonimiasis will be planned and carried out in a long period.更多还原
