小温度系数、低损耗介电陶瓷的测试研究

【摘要】 研究了小温度系数、低损耗的介电陶瓷在温度性能测试中存在的问题 ,提出了在测试中应注意的事项和正确的测试方法。重点分析了空气中水蒸汽对测试的影响 ,并建立了其物理模型 ,成功解释了测试结果中出现的现象。试验以在实验室研究多年的小温度系数、低损耗 BZN陶瓷为研究对象 ,精确地测试了其介电温度性能

【Abstract】 In this paper the problems existing in the temperature properties measurements on the ceramics,which had small temperature coefficient and low loss(~10 -4 ),were studied and the correct measurement methods were put forward.In the research we found that the vapor effect was the most troublesome factor which affected the results seriously.So the study on it became our main focus.A physics model on it was established and it is in accord well with the measurement results.The small temperature coefficient and low loss BZN based ceramics that had been studied in our lab for many years were chose for our measurement research.
