【摘要】 目的 :掌握性传播疾病的流行现状、特征 ,制定防治对策 .方法 :运用描述性流行病学原理对数据进行统计分析 .结果 :七种性传播疾病报告发病率从 1996年的 6 2 6 / 10万上升至 2 0 0 0年的 6 1 14 / 10万 ,增长了 876 6 8% ,男女性别比为 1 2 5∶1.排前三位的依次是淋病、尖锐湿疣、非淋菌性尿道炎 .各病种均以 2 0岁年龄组及中学文化程度发病最多 ,并以农民、工人、个体三种职业为主 ,传染源主要是本地非婚性接触者 .结论 :性传播疾病发病率高、流行广、危害大 ,是当前一个突出的公共卫生和社会问题更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To take hold of the epidemic status and tendency of sexually transimittde disease,and work out the countermeasure of prevention and cure Methods:Use descriptive epidemiology principle to statistically analyze data Result:Incidence reports of 7 kinds sexually transimitted disease from 6 26/100000 in 1996 went up to 64 14/100000 in 2000,it increased 876 68% The first three places were gonorrhea,condyloma acuminata,nongoncoccal urethritis The prevalence rate was highest in the age groups of 20,and middle school culture In profession the highest were peasant,worker and individual,primary pollution source was the local single sexual intercourser Conclusion:The incidence rate of sexually transimitted disease is high The disease is wide-epidemic and very harmful It is a very prominent public health and social problem更多还原
