【Abstract】 Technology assessment is a new policy science,which aims at solving technological development issues by analyzing the mutual impacts between some relevant factors of technology,human society and nature community.Also it is a macro-decisive analysis activity that is related to the technological result assessment.Therefore,the research on the technology assessment is of great realistic and theoretical importance to promote the proper understanding and application of current scientific technology.This paper will take genetically modified technology as a typical example and thus give a brief introduction of the features,value concepts and general procedures of technology assessment.更多还原
