【Abstract】 The content of coumatetralyl was determined by HPLC with YPERSIL CN column (4.6×200?mm), ethanol dichloromethane(70∶30, V/V) mobile phase and DAD detector at wavelength of 308?nm. The calibration curve was linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.999?9. The RSD was 0.8%(n=7). The method was simple, accurate and rapid. It is convenient and selective method to determine the content of coumatetralyl.更多还原
