高产高效矿井采运系统可靠性模型

【摘要】 在煤仓可靠性分析的基础上 ,建立了“一矿一面”和“一矿二面”高产高效矿井采运系统可靠性模型 ,得到了系统可用度和相对利用率的计算公式 .模型能预测采运系统可靠性指标 ,找出系统的薄弱环节 ,提出改善系统可靠性的措施 ,从而为矿井的高产高效提供科学依据 .把该模型应用于潞安矿务局常村矿采运系统表明 ,它是可靠和实用的 ,其结果对该矿的高产高效有指导意义

【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of the reliability of coal bin, the model on the reliability of extraction and conveyance system is established in the high output and high efficiency mines which have one face or two faces, and the calculating formulas of effectiveness and relative rate of utility of the system are also given. The model can forecast the reliability indexes of the extraction and conveyance system, seek its bottleneck and present the measures for improving its reliability in order to provide scientific bases for enhancing the output and efficiency of mines. The model was applied in the extraction and conveyance system of Changcun Mine of Luan Coal Mining Bureau and proved that it was reliable and practical, and the calculated and analytical results of the system have guiding significance for this mine to realize high output and high efficiency.
