【摘要】 目的探讨竹叶提取液对小鼠移植性ASP -Ⅰ肺癌细胞生长的抑制作用。方法于右侧腋下接种ASP -Ⅰ肺癌细胞 ,观察不同浓度竹叶提取液对肿瘤大小以及对小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数的影响。结果实验组肿瘤体积明显缩小、瘤重减轻 ,胸腺及脾提数显著提高。结论竹叶提取液对ASP -Ⅰ肺癌细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To research the inhibition of bamboo leaf extract (BLE) on growth of transplanted ASP-Ⅰ lung cancer cell in mice.Methods Inject ASP-Ⅰ lung cancer cell into right infra-axillary dermis.The size of the transplanted tumor and the exponents of thymus as well as spleen were detected 3 weeks after filling with BLE.Results After administration for some time,the size and weight of tumor decreased obviously,while exponents of thymus and spleen came to increase.Conclusion The results indicate that BLE can show a satisfactory function of inhibiting tumor growth.更多还原
