【摘要】 目的研究羊蹄的灭螺活性。方法采用系统分离法得到羊蹄的各提取物 ,通过浸杀灭螺试验 ,得到活性较强成分 ,回归分析得到量效方程。结果羊蹄的正丁醇提取物和水提物灭螺活性较强 ,其量效方程分别为Y =6 9.1 4D -1 2 9.77和Y =4 4.6 2D -37.1 8。结论羊蹄在生态灭螺中有较大的价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the activity of Rumex japonicum Houtt.against snails.Metheds Extracts of Rumex japonicum Houtt.were obtained by systemic division.Stronger components were found through test against snail,and dose-effect equation was gained by regression analysis.Results N-butanol extract and water extract of Rumex japonicum Houtt.had the stronger activity against snails,and dose-effect equations could be expressed by Y=44.62D-37.18 respectively.Conclusion Rumex japonicum Houtt. has some practical value in ecological methed against snails.更多还原
