【摘要】 东亚地区实行货币合作 ,有助于有关国家建立一个更加符合区域利益的汇率制度 ,有助于各国协调货币金融政策 ,抵御金融危机。但东亚实现货币合作也有现实的难点 :东亚国家的经济发展不平衡 ;日元国际化程度不高 ;货币合作的政治基础比较薄弱。可先建立区域内的政策协调机构 ,再考虑建立亚洲汇率联动机制 ,最后逐步过渡到亚洲单一货币区更多还原

【Abstract】 Monetary cooperation in eastern Asia is contributive to establishing a more beneficial foreign exchange rate system among countries concerned as well as coordinating their monetary policies whereby financial crises can be prevented. However, there exist difficulties in materializing monetary cooperation in eastern Asia, e.g. imbalance of economic development in different countries, low level of internationalization of the Japanese Yen, and weak political foundation for monetary cooperation. Thus, it is necessary to, first, set up a regional institution to coordinate various policies, then develop an Asian linkage mechanism of foreign exchange rate, and finally change to an Asian single currency zone system.更多还原
