【摘要】 对新疆南疆绒山羊及其祖代父本辽宁绒山羊和母本新疆南疆土种山羊皮肤、毛囊进行观测 ,研究表明三种山羊表皮层、真皮毛囊层和真皮网状层结构基本一致 ,真皮网状层占整个皮肤厚度 75 % ,构成了皮层的主体 ;新疆南疆绒山羊毛囊密度、次级毛囊直径和S/P值大于祖代母本新疆南疆土种山羊而低于父本辽宁绒山羊 ,其值接近父本趋势大于母本 ,表明辽宁绒山羊能将毛囊密度大和S/P值高的性状稳定遗传给杂交后代。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper observes the skin follic structure of the Southern Xinjing Cashmere Goat.And its progenitors that comprises paternal Liaoning Cashmere Goat and maternal Xinjing Goat.These studies show that the structure of their skin,derna fair follicle and derma net is nearly identical.The derma net of the main skin accounts for 75%. The fair follicle density,secondary fair follicle diameter and S/P of the Southern Xinjing Cashmere Goat is much smaller than that of its male parent and is much higher than that of female parent.They show the big fair follicle and great S/P of Liaoning Cashmere Goat is a stable heredity for desendant.更多还原
