【摘要】 目的 :调查我市水产品中 O15 7大肠杆菌的污染情况 ,为防治工作提供依据。方法 :用 VIDAS (E.coliO15 7)试条及 E.coli O15 7检测卡对样品进行初筛 ,初筛阳性的样品再进行分离培养鉴定。结果 :2 6份水产品中检出 2株 O15 7∶ H7大肠杆菌 ,检出率 7.6 9%。结论 :我市部分水产品中存在 O15 7∶ H7大肠杆菌的污染 ,防治工作中应引起足够的重视更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To acknowledge the pollution of E.coli O157 in water products and provide evidence for prevention.Methods:The samples was initially detected by VIDAS(E.coli O157) stripes and E.coli O157 examination card,the positive samples were confirmed by isolation,incubation and appraisal.Results:Two stems E.coli O157∶H7 were first isolated from 26 samples and the rate of detection was 7 69 per cent.Conclusion:The part of water products was polluted by E.coli O157 in Xiamen.更多还原
