【摘要】 目的　检测牙周炎患者血清中骨钙素含量 ,以期发现它与牙周炎牙槽骨病变的关系。方法　选择早发性牙周炎患者 (early -onsetperiodontitis,EOP) 31例 ,成人牙周炎患者 (adultperiodontitis,AP) 2 1例 ,健康对照者 35例 ,用放射免疫分析法测定血清骨钙素含量。结果　血清骨钙素含量EOP组 (6 .2 5ng/ml)、AP组 (5 .89ng/ml)均显著高于健康组 (3.74ng/ml) ,但EOP组与AP组之间骨钙素含量无明显差异。 结论　骨钙素可能作为牙周炎症病变代谢变化的标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to search for the relationship between osteocalcin levels of serum and periodontitis.Serum osteocalcin was detected in patients with AP,EOP and healthy controls.Methods 21 cases of AP,31 cases of EOP and 35 healthy controls were recruited.Serum osteocalcin was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results The serum osteocalcin concentrations of AP and EOP patients(AP: 5.08 ng/ml,EOP: 6.25 ng/ml) were significantly higher than that of healthy controls ( 3.74 ng/ml),but there was no statistical difference between AP and EOP patients.Conclusion Serum osteocalcin level might serve as an effective marker for metabolic change of periodontitis.更多还原
