【摘要】 目的 了解城市、城镇、农村社区内的各类人群对AIDS/STD知识的掌握程度,评价社区开展艾滋病、性病干预效果。方法 对城市、城镇、农村社区中的各类人群进行艾滋病、性病知识宣传干预,在干预前后分两次开展抽样调查,采取匿名问卷（KABP）法。结果 医务人员对艾滋病、性病知识的知晓率已经有较高的水平,所以有的项目两次调查多项结果无显著性差异。而其他各类人群,通过健康教育干预后,相关知识有了大幅度地提高,相比而言,学生干预的力度尚待加强。结论 社区各类人群艾滋病、性病健康教育干预活动是一项行之有效的工作,它能极大的提高各类人群对艾滋病、性病知识的掌握程度,从根本上制止艾滋病在我国大范围流行的可能。社区干预工作应及时推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objects To understand the level of AIDS/STD knowledge in different populations in the cities, towns and rural areas in Zhejiang province and to evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention in community. Methods AIDS/ STD knowledge propaganda intervention and random double sampling questionaire investigation were conducted before and after the intervention. Results The level of AIDS/STD knowledge is comparatively high in the health workers, and no difference has been found in correct answer rates before and after the investigations. The knowledge of other population is improved after the propaganda comparing to lower correct answer rate in the students. Conclusion The community based education has grealtly improved the knowledge of AIDS/STD in the community members and ought to be popularired for HIV/ AIDS prevention and control in our country.更多还原
