微机在金属断口与金属缺陷分析中的应用——MFAS V1.0和MDAS V1.0软件的研制

【摘要】 金属断口与金属缺陷专家分析系统包括 2个既可独立操作又可联合操作使用的软件 ,即MFASV1 0 (金属断口的专家分析系统 )和MDASV1 0 (金属缺陷的专家分析系统 ) .可用来观察和识别 15 0种金属破损件断口 ,从中获得其材料与加工质量等 16个方面的一系列直观可靠的信息 ;并可描述和展示金属制件发生在铸造、锻轧等状态的 6 0 0余种缺陷 ,涵 30个方面的信息 ,从而快速、准确、方便地诊断和分析金属断口与金属缺陷

【Abstract】 It has been summarized for the research processes of the expert-analyzing-system on metal rupture and metal defect.It is a mixed product of theoretical knowledge, expert experience and modern computer technology.They are two software that not only independently operating,but also union operating,which are MFAS V1.0(expert-analyzing-system on metal rupture)and MDAS V1.0(expert-analyzing-system on metal defect).150 kind of metal-damage-ruptures can be observed and distinguished.It can be obtained for the 16 information of objective and reliable on material and processing quality, and so on.More than 600 defects have been presented during the states of casting and wrought, which including the information of 30 aspects.The problem of metal rupture and metal defect can be diagnosed and analyzed in fast, exact and convenient speed.
