【摘要】 以四倍体刺槐 2个无性系为材料 ,研究了四倍体刺槐不同外植体与不同消毒方法对离体组织培养的影响。试验结果表明 :室内水培枝和室外枝条的中下部均可作为离体培养的良好材料 ,外植体最佳长度为 1 .0～ 2 .0 cm;用 70 %酒精 30 s后 ,以 0 .1 % Hg Cl2 消毒 8～ 1 0min,消毒效果最好更多还原

【Abstract】 The two clones of the tetraploids of acacia were taken as material cultured in vitro to induce the plant regeneration. The experiments were conducted in order to select the appropriate explants for tissue culture and the method of the optimal sterilization of explants. The results showed that the buds from the cuttings of one year old sprouts that forced germination in water culture and the middle and bellow cuttings of one year or two yeasr old sprouts outside are the optimal explants; The ideal length of explants is between 1.0～2.0 cm; The most optimal methods of sterilization is dipped in 70% alcohol about 30 s and then in 0.1%HgCl 2 about 8～10 min.更多还原
