【摘要】 目的　研究十全大补汤 (SDT)对荷瘤鼠脾内巨噬细胞IL - 6和TNF -α分泌作用的影响。方法　以TA2移植性乳腺癌小鼠作为研究对象 ,分别给予 5 0 %SDT和白开水灌胃 ,检测其脾细胞IL - 6、TNF -α的分泌水平。结果　十全大补汤可显著提高荷瘤鼠脾内巨噬细胞的IL - 6和TNF -α的自发分泌和刺激分泌。结论　十全大补汤可能是通过促进细胞因子的分泌而发挥抑肿瘤的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the effects of Shiquan Dabu Tang on the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α of spleen cells in mice with tumor.Methods The mice with transplantable mammary cancer were given 50%SDT by gavage.The IL-6 and TNF-α of spleen cells were measured.Results The results showed that 50%SDT promoted the secretion spontaneously and stimulated secretion of IL-6(compared with the controls respectively t=5.67,P<0.01;t=10.80,P<0.01)and TNF-α(compared with control respectively t=10.84,P<0.01;t=8.10,P<0.01)in spleen cells.Conclusion SDT can regulate the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α of spleen cells in mice with tumor.更多还原
