【摘要】 在实践的基础上提出了基于 Web的集成化信息系统的概念 ,分析了系统组成 ,并从企业应用的角度将其划分为 Web基知识管理、Web基全球商务及 Web基全球制造 3大应用系统 ,最后阐述了提出基于 Web的集成化信息系统的重要理论及实践意义 ,它为 2 1世纪初的 CIMS指明了新的发展方向并提供了新的内涵

【Abstract】 The Web based Information System in a creative way reviews the development of the Information System of the enterprise in 20th century and analyzes the survival environment of the enterprise in 21st century. The system is defined,its characteristic is expounded its composition, architecture and its application system are analyzed, which includes Web based Globe Manufacturing System, Web based Globe Business System.Finally, its signficance is expounded.
