醋酸锌与L-α-氨基酸配合行为的相化学研究

【摘要】 在 2 5℃时用相平衡法研究了 Zn(OAc) 2 - Thr/Val/Leu/Try- H2 O三元体系的相化学行为 ,绘制了溶度图及折光率 -组成 (干盐 )图。结果表明 :相图显示未形成新的化合物 ,是由于水溶液中可能形成的配合物因盐析或盐溶作用而增大了溶解度。

【Abstract】 The solubility properties of Zn(OAc) 2-Thr/Val/Leu/Try-H 2O systems at 25 ℃ in the whole concentration range have been investigated by semimicro phase equilibrium method and corresponding equilibrium diagrams and refractive index diagrams are constructed.The phase diagram indicates that new complex is not formed,which may be explained by salting out or in effect results in the increment of the solubility of the complex.
