【Abstract】 Chongqing was the source of elite sprinters. However,insufficient funds and talents and simple facilities were problems after it became a municipality directly under the Central Government. This paper analyzes the historical environment and condition of Chongqing and puts forward that Chongqing should emphasize the advantageous events like sprint and jump,lay stress on the basic training,set up scientific research system and recommend qualified personnel in order to make breakthrough.更多还原
