气相色谱法测定卫生杀虫剂的有效含量

【摘要】 目的:测定混用杀虫剂的有效成分;方法:利用气相色谱氢火焰检测器同时测定卫生杀虫剂中的益必添、胺菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯等有效成分;结果:用3.5％OV-17填充柱为色谱柱,回收率在84.78％～108.21％之间;结论:方法简便、准确。

【Abstract】 Objeclive: Determine the effective content of esbiothnn, tetramethrm, cypermethrin, permethrin. Methods: Gas Chromatography. Results: While taking 3.5% OV - 17 packed volumn as chromatogram, the retrieving rate was between 84.78% and 108.21% . Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate.
