关于钢丝绳电磁检测和强度评估的一些看法

【摘要】 电磁检测是一种可靠的钢丝绳损伤检测方法 ,但是以钢丝绳破断强度损失作为钢丝绳报废的依据是不合理的。而采用金属横截面损失 (LMA)作为报废标准更科学、准确。

【Abstract】 Electromagnetic testing is a valuable and reliable method for wire ropes. It is more reasonable to use the loss of metallic area(LMA) as the rejection criterion for wire ropes than the loss of the breaking strength(LBS).
