【摘要】 通过对物流中心的功能、建立条件及影响因素进行分析,提出了物流中心规划的具体内容和要求,这对促进我国正在兴起的物流业的发展和物流中心(基地)的规划建设具有一定的参考作用。

【Abstract】 Analyzing the functions,required conditions and influencing factors of the logistics centre,the paper puts forward a practical scheme for setting up a logistics centre.Furthermore,it offers some valuable suggestions for starting logistics centres and promoting logistics industry of China.
