低碳钢质壳体表面形成氢鼓泡的原因分析
Analysis of Formation of Hydrogen Blisters on Surfaceof Mildsteel Shells
【摘要】 某产品在冲压加工过程中,壳体体部内外表面出现了氢鼓泡,这是几十年来壳体生产从未见到的。通过对该产品生成氢鼓泡的问题分析,提出了壳体表面湿度、温度对形成氢鼓泡的重要影响。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen blisters have been found on both inside and outside surfaces of shells of certain mild steel product during pressing.This phenomenon has not presented itself for decades of years.On the basis of investigation on the phenomenon, the influences of humidity and temperature on the formation of hydrogen blisters are presented.
