铅的电沉积枝晶生长
Dendrite Growth of Lead by Electrodeposition
【摘要】 通过实验 ,研究了铅的电沉积花样随电压、浓度及液膜厚度变化的关系 ,并从显微尺度观察了不同生长条件下沉积物的结构 .结果表明 ,铅的电沉积生长属于枝晶生长 ,改变溶液浓度或液膜厚度 ,枝晶侧枝的长短、粗细、大小亦发生变化 ,这主要取决于沉积体周围金属离子的数量和离子的传输速度 .
【Abstract】 The dependence of morphologies on voltage, concentration and cell thickness has been studied by the experiment of electrodeposition of lead. The structure of deposit was observed in the microscopic scale, which shows the growth of electrodeposition of lead is dendrite growth. When change the concentration of solution or the thickness of solution layer,the length, thickness and the size of the side branch on dendrite also alter accordingly, which mainly depend on the amount of metal ion around the deposit and transport speed of ions.
