普通高校体育师资队伍建设探讨

【摘要】 对目前我国部分普通高校体育师资队伍建设的现状进行了调查与分析 ,对 2 1世纪的体育教师应具备的基本素质结构进行了探讨 ,并就加强我国普通高校体育师资队伍建设提出了有针对性的建议。

【Abstract】 This study has made an investigation and analysis of the PE teaching staff situation in partial common institutes in China,studied on constituents of the basic quality for PE teachers in 21st century, and put forward a directional countermeasures for developing teaching.
