【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a nonaqueous titration method for the determination of betaine hydrochloride. Methods: Ice vinegar was used as solvent, and 0.2% viola crystalline used as indicator. Betaine hydrochloride was titrated by 0.1 mol·L -1 perchloric acid solution. Results: The average recovery rate was 99.81%(n=5), and RSD was 0.19%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate.更多还原
