国内外五公司知识管理的案例调查分析

【摘要】 通过对5家国内外知名企业知识管理案例的分析和研究,指出他们在知识管理和运营过程中的利弊。

【Abstract】 Based on the case study and analysis of knowledge management in five famous enterprises at home and abroad, this paper presents some advantages and disadvantages in their knowledge management and operation. It is hoped to provide correlative reference for other enterprises to complement knowledge management helpfully.
