卷筒式冲击反循环钻机自动钻进的模糊控制
Fuzzy Control of Automatic Drilling of Drum-type Percussive Reverse Circulation Drilling Machines
【摘要】 根据钻头下落的主要受力分析 ,给出了适用于模糊控制的下降时间估计模型。采用模糊控制方法控制卷筒式冲击反循环钻机自动钻进 ,可以迅速地跟踪破碎层变化引起的钻速变化
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis on the major dynamic force on the drill bit during it falling down, this paper presents a simple model of estimating the falling down time suitable for fuzzy control in the auto drilling procedure. With the fuzzy control method used to control the auto drilling procedure of the drum type percussive reverse circulation drilling machine, it is possible to quick track the ROP change caused by the change of the drilled formation.
