【摘要】 目的 :观察养心散对心肌坏死模型的疗效。方法 :昆明种小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、治疗组和预防组 ,对小鼠耳微血管进行管径、流态、血流速度动态变化及心肌病理变化的观察。结果 :治疗组和预防组微循环及血流速度的改变优于模型组。结论 :养心散对改善微循环 ,防治心血管功能障碍有一定的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxin San on myocardial necrosis. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, model group, treatment group and prevention group. Microvascular-diamete, blood flow condition, hemodynamic change of blood velocity in mice ear and myocardial pathology were observed. Results: The changes of above parameters in treatment and prevention group were superior to those in model group. Conclusion: Yangxin San has a certain effect on improving microcirculation and preventing and treating cardiovascular dysfunction.更多还原
