电针对胃粘膜损伤大鼠血管活性肠肽影响的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON VASOACTIVE INTENSTINAL PEPTIDE IN RAT WITH GASTRIC MUCOSAL DAMAGE
【摘要】 目的 :观察电针足三里对胃粘膜损伤大鼠血管活性肠肽的影响。方法 :采用冷冻 -束缚应激致大鼠胃粘膜损伤模型 ,氢气清除法检测胃粘膜血流量 ,放射免疫分析法测定电针前后外周血、胃粘膜和脑组织血管活性肠肽含量。结果 :冷冻 -束缚应激大鼠胃粘膜损伤明显 ,胃粘膜出现点状条状出血坏死灶 ,尤以胃窦部为主 ,GMBF明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,血浆、胃粘膜和脑组织中VIP含量均显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ,与正常组比较 ) ;电针刺激足三里穴后 ,GMBF显著上升 (P <0 0 1) ,LI显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血、胃粘膜和脑组织VIP含量增加 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :电针足三里穴在对胃粘膜损伤发挥保护作用的同时 ,可引起血管活性肠肽含量变化 ,提示血管活性肠肽作为信号分子参与了电针对胃粘膜损伤的保护作用
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) of Zusanli (ST 36) on vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)levels in rats with gastric mucosal damage.Methods:40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group,model group(group with gastric mucosal damage,GMD),EA group(with EA Zuasnli +GMD),non-point group(with EA+non-point+GMD).The model of gastric mucosal damage was induced by restrained-cold stress.Gsatric mucosal blood flow(GMBF)were measured by the method of "hydrogen gas clear".Contents of VIP in plasma,antrum and medulla were determined by radiooimmunoassay. Results:In comparison with control group,GMBF of model group decreased significantly(P<0 01);while contents of VIP in plasma,antrum and medulla lowered obviously(P<0 05).Compared with model group,contents of VIP and GMBF in EA group increased significantly(P<0 01);whereas LI decreased obviously(P<0 01) Conclusion:EA at Zusanli (st36) can protect gastric mucosa from injury in stress rats.VIP may play a certain role in the protective effect of electroacupuncture on the gastric mucosal damage.
