10114例育龄妇女弓形虫感染和临床追踪观察

【摘要】 目的 :研究育龄妇女弓形虫感染情况 ,对感染的孕妇进行产前诊断和药物治疗。方法 :随机选择10114例育龄妇女 ,其中妊娠妇女7141例、非妊娠妇女1838例、异常孕产史的育龄妇女1135例 ,采用聚合酶链反应检测血中TOX -DNA。部分阳性者早孕者取绒毛组织 ,中期妊娠者取羊水细胞对胎儿进行产前诊断 ,并通过新生儿脐带血检测TOX -DNA验证产前诊断的准确性。结果 :正常育龄妇女TOX -DNA阳性率为4.12‰ (37/8979) ,妊娠妇女阳性率为4.34‰ (31/7141) ,非妊娠妇女为3.26‰ (6/1838)。有异常孕产史的妇女TOX -DNA阳性率为14.98‰ (17/1135) ,与正常妊娠妇女阳性率 (4.34‰ )比较 ,具有显著性差异 (P<0.01)。结论 :育龄妇女弓形虫感染常无自觉症状。弓形虫感染是引起不良生育的原因之一。聚合酶链反应适用于育龄妇女检测血中TOX -DNA和对弓形虫感染者的胎儿进行产前诊断

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the incidence of toxoplasmosis in generative women and study on the drug treatment of infected women and prenatal diagnosis.Methods: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was used to detect DNA of toxoplasma gondii with in blood of 1 0114 generative women(involing 7 141 pregnant women?1 838 normal non-pregnant women and 1 135 non-pregnant women with abnormal pregnancy history).Among the part of the positive women,the test was made for furher evidence of TOX-DNA in the chorionic villus or amnionic fluid and umbilical cord blood.Results:The positive incidence of toxoplasmosis in the generative women?pregnant women and non-pregnant women were 4.12‰(37/8 979)?4.34‰(31/7 141)and 3.26‰(6/1 838)respectively.The positive incidence of toxoplasmosis in the non-pregnant women with abnormal pregnancy history and normal pregnant women were 14.98‰(17/1 135)and 4.34‰(31/7 141)respectively, and there was a highly significant difference.Conclusion:There were usually no symptoms on the infected generative women.PCR technique is a valuable method for the diagnosis and prenatal diagnosis of TOX infection.
