【摘要】 提出了建立高效、稳定、安全的题库系统理论,以及可行的实现方法。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the necessity of building test-base in the fields of physical and chemical education and scientific research, and advances the theory of how to build a high-efficient, stable,safe, and practical test base. And the method of how to easily implement the whole system.
