【Abstract】 A simple, rapid and sensitive method for the determination of camptothecin in leaves of Camptotheca acuminata Decne.was established. Camptothecin in the leaves was ultrasonically extracted with 61% alcohol at 50 ℃ for 10 min, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The camptothecin was separated on a Techsphere ODS column(25 cm×4.6 mm ID, 5 μm) at 25 ℃, using acetonitrile-water(4∶6 by volume) system with 1.0 mL/min as the mobile phase, and detected at 254 nm. Relative standard deviation of 2.5%(n=6) and average recovery of 96% for the method were found.更多还原
